Explanation of the measures
The responsibilities of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee include reporting proposed appointments and terminations of directors
and senior managers of the Company and its affiliated companies, emphasising that in covering the vacancies arising in the Board of Directors,
the Appointments and Remuneration Committee will endeavour to ensure that the selection process is not implicitly biased against selecting
female Directors, and that the potential candidates include women who meet the desired professional profile.
