Internal Organization
The
Corporate Responsibility Department
is dependent on the
General Counsel, who is a member of the Executive Committee
and reports to the CEO. In order to ensure correct implementation
and coordination in the different Business Units, there is a CSR
manager in each one of them who heads up the management, and
channels all of the information, doubts, ideas and initiatives which
emerge in each region.

Global Compact
Since 2006,
NH Hoteles is member of the UN Global Compact and its Ten Principles,as a reference framework
for designing the strategy and managing Corporate Responsibility. Likewise, the current Code of Conduct
of NH Hoteles includes the fulfilment of international and sectorial ethical commitments, comprising
Global
Compact’s Ten Principles
.
In 2012, and like each year, the Company issued its annual Progress Report through a public letter signed by the
Chairman. This contains all the initiatives and outstanding results of the year.
