The Company has re-launched its customer loyalty programme, NH Hotel Group Rewards, which is one of the strategic pillars of the
Group’s new differential value proposition. The programme is focused on acknowledging, rewarding and surprising loyal customers.
Customers accumulate points they can exchange for free nights or discounts and they also have access to special rates, promotions and
exclusive gifts. The programme currently has
