ASSET MANAGEMENT
In 2014 the Group reduced its number of establishments by 20 in 15 cities in Spain,
representing a total of 1,859 rooms.
GROUP EXPANSION
As part of the Company’s five-year Strategic Plan, the main objectives of the Expansion Plan
are to increase the quality of its portfolio in strategic markets, to strengthen the presence
in Europe (France, United Kingdom, Germany and Italy) and to enlarge NH Hotel Group’s
platform in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru).
