APPOINTMENTS, REMUNERATION AND
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
The Appointments, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee is
responsible for functions related to proposed appointments and terminations
of directors and senior managers of the Company, as well as for approving
compensation scales and senior management contracts. It also deals with
matters concerning the remuneration of Board members, Corporate Social
Responsibility and Corporate Governance
