On 31 December 2014, NH Italia S.P.A pre-paid a €20,000 thousand loan backed by a mortgage on the hotels NH Ancona, NH Palermo, NH Cavalieri,
NH Ravenna and NH Vittorio Veneto with part of the funds from the sale of Sotogrande, S.A. On 13 February 2015 an agreement was formalised with
a group of four Spanish financial entities to refinance the same loan with a new mortgage on the hotel NH Carlton (Netherlands). This loan matures
in November 2017, with partial annual repayments of €8,000 thousand on the first two anniversaries and a final payment on the third anniversary
of €24,000 thousand.
Assets granted as mortgage security against the syndicated loan of €200,000 thousand and guaranteed senior notes of €250,000 thousand, can
be broken down as follows (€thousand):
